Spotlight: Caitlin Grimm

Student of the Week: Caitlin Grimm

Highlight: Fashion Forward at ThredUp

Caitlin is a rising junior at USF where she majors in Advertising and minors in Design and Film and Media Studies. On campus she is involved with a variety of organizations, some examples include the “Get Oriented” team as well as her sorority Kappa Alpha Theta. She has worked as a marketing intern for USF’s Don’s Athletics and holds the same position this summer at ThredUp, a high end online clothing consignment and thrift store. Caitlin’s long term career goals are oriented around the fashion industry as she looks to change its culture in order for men, women, and children to feel more comfortable and confident in their clothing and in their lives. In her downtime, Caitlin enjoys exploring the city of San Francisco and is always on the lookout for new foods to try, new concerts to see, and new ways to spend time with the people she loves.

Students and employers are not connecting in a meaningful way; the job highway works but the on-ramps are broken. We work every day to fix that so employers can find good employees and students can find their dream job.
